Agreement
By using this website or booking services with Palm & Pine Home Services ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms. If we give you a written estimate, invoice, or agreement for a specific job, that document controls where it differs from these Terms.
Our Services
We provide handyman services in Palm Beach County and Martin County, Florida, including TV mounting, appliance and microwave mounting, furniture assembly and disassembly, picture, mirror, and art hanging, doors and locks, shelving and fixtures, drywall repairs, interior painting, and minor repairs and maintenance, for homeowners.
Scope Of Work And Licensing
We perform minor repair, installation, and assembly work. We do not perform work that Florida law or local rules require a licensed contractor to perform, such as structural changes, new electrical circuits or wiring, plumbing, roofing, or HVAC work. If any part of your project requires a licensed contractor or a permit, we will tell you and will not perform that part of the job.
Quotes And Pricing
Prices on this website and estimates given by phone, text, or email are based on the information you provide and may vary per job. A price is confirmed once we understand the full scope of the work. If we find conditions on site that change the job, we will explain and agree on any change with you before continuing.

The service call applies to every visit and is added to the job price. Published prices cover labor. Mounts, hardware, paint, and other materials are not included unless we say so in your quote.
Customer-Supplied Items
When you supply furniture, TVs, mounts, hardware, or materials, you are responsible for their condition and completeness. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, missing or damaged parts, or failures of items or hardware we did not supply.
Access And Job Site
Please provide safe access to the work area, a clear space to work, and accurate information about the job. We are not responsible for hidden conditions we could not reasonably see, such as wiring, pipes, or damage inside walls, though we will tell you about anything we find.
Scheduling And Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible by calling 561-722-2896. We will do the same if we are running late or need to move your appointment.
Workmanship
We take pride in our work. If something we installed or repaired is not right, contact us promptly and we will review it with you.
Photos And Reviews
With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos of completed work for our website and social media. We will not show your address or personal details. If you leave us a review, you allow us to share it on our website and marketing.
